How to send cases via 3Shape
  1. Select the “Connections” tab
  2. Click on “Add Connection”
  3. Use lab email [email protected] or name “Grand Dental Lab Digital” to locate lab
  4. Review lab information and click “Connect”
How to send cases via Dexis
  1. Go to www.dentalconnect.dexis.com
  2. Log in or sign up with your email
  3. Click “Quick Connect” or the icon of three people in the upper right corner
  4. Click “Add a partner”
  5. Add lab email: [email protected]
How to send cases via DS Core
  1. Log in to your DS Core account at www.dscore.com
  2. Select “Profile Menu” (located on the upper right-hand corner)
  3. Click on “Practice”
  4. Select “Preferred Lab” tab, and click on “Add Preferred Lab”
  5. Search lab using email [email protected] or account # 1244305582
  6. Review lab information and click “Add Lab”
How to send cases via iTero®
  1. Log in to MyiTero.com
  2. Go to Settings and select My Labs (you can also select “Find a Laboratory” directly on the scanner screen)
  3. Click Add Lab and search for Grand Dental Lab using iTero Lab ID 20634 or [email protected]
  4. Click Connect. We will receive your request on our end, and once accepted, we’ll appear as a recipient on your scanner for your next case
  5. Alternative you can Call iTero™ at 800.577.8767 and Connect with customer support
How to send cases via Medit
  1. Go to www.meditlink.com
  2. Sign in to your Meditlink Account
  3. Select the “Partners” tab
  4. Search for partner using lab-provided email [email protected]
How to send cases via Panda Scanner
  1. Open PandaCenter https://en.freqtek.com/
    After completing your scan, click the Upload button in the Panda software.
  2. Add a new lab: Click the + (plus) icon to open the lab database.
  3. Search for our lab: Enter our registered email address: [email protected] in the search box.
  4. Add and upload: Click the + sign next to Grand Dental Lab Digital to add us to your system, then click Upload to send the case directly to our cloud.
How to send cases via Runyes
  1. Log into Runyes Cloud: Go to www.oralscandata.com and log in with your clinic’s administrator account.
  2. Navigate to partners: Click on the Partners tab located in the left-hand navigation menu.
  3. Search for our lab：
    Search for Grand Dental Lab Digital or look up our registered email: [email protected]
  4. Request partnership: Click Request Partnership. As soon as we accept the request on our end, the connection is established and you can route cases to us!
How to send cases via Shining 3D
  1. Sign in to SHINING 3D cloud account: www.dental3dcloud.com
  2. Click on “Connection” tab
  3. Click “+ New” (located on the upper right-hand corner)
  4. Search lab using name “Grand Dental Lab Digital” or contact email “[email protected]“
